The third annual DBM Awards was held in March 2021 and showcased the best of the best in financial services. Our awards are a little different from other programs. Winners are selected by over 80,000 Australian consumers and business owners via our DBM Atlas survey, the largest financial services research program in the country. Rather than a lengthy awards submission process judged by a subjective panel, results are based solely on feedback on the experiences of customers with their financial institutions.
