On behalf of our generous survey respondents, we provide incentives to various charities. DBM has donated over $850,000 to charities in the past 4 years, including: the Cancer Council of Victoria, the Smith Family, the Fred Hollows Foundation, the RSPCA and the Australian Red Cross.

We are a proud supporter of Kids Under Cover, regularly undertaking pro bono work the helps support vulnerable and homeless young people in Australia.

In June 2021 and 2022 the DBM team took the Push up challenge and we push for better mental health.
We pushed 3,144 push ups per person in one month.
Sadly, this is the number of Australians who lost their lives to suicide in 2021.

We are a proud supporter of Steptember. Regularly, we encourage our staff to take a walk and count their steps & we move together to fundraise for cerebral palsy.
